We're also nearing the end of the Irmas Pereiras Pulped Natural Espresso, so get it quick before it's gone!
In 1971 a decision was made to plant coffee seedlings on a 90 acre site in Carmo de Minas, Minas Gerais in Brazil. The people behind that decision are Antonio Andrade Pereira Filho and Maria da Conceição. They’ve entrusted this site to their two daughters Maria Valeria and Maria Rogeria who currently own and run Irmãs Pereira. The daughters, along with their husbands intend to advance the future of speciality coffee by applying new processing methods to get the best results. This is the natural processed Yellow Bourbon, but they are also trialling honey and black honey to improve quality, which shows in the delicious coffee they are producing.
