Drinking some delicious Nossa Senhora Aparecida from Brazil this morning.:

Nossa Senhora Aparecida is owned by the two brothers Celso and Silvio Minussi. When they took over the farm wich was abandoned at the time, they started producing generic coffee focusing on quantity rather than quality. But as small producers in a region where labour costs were rising and coffee prices going down, they decided to dramatically change their ways. After attending several lectures and seminars about specialty coffee and organic practices, the two brothers realized that the only way to compete in the market was to focus on quality and to make sure their land would be fertile for the next generations as well.
