Our Brazil season continues with the Sitio Tira o Zoio. Difficult to say, delicious to drink!

Sitio Tira o Zoio is a nine hectare farm located in the municipality of São José. It’s owned by Edivaldo Fernandes Eler, and this is his story in his own words - “I was born in Rio de Janeiro, but my family moved to the city of Irupi when I was only four years old. My father found work on a coffee farm, and it was then that I was first introduced to coffee cultivation. I was always at my father’s side, seeking to learn. In my youth, I wanted independence so I bought a coffee processing machine and started providing services in the region. This work sharpened my desire to have my own fields, so in 2005 I sold the machine and bought my farm. It’s a very dynamic farm and I love the challenges it brings.
