, we covered six tips to help you keep in shape behind the bar and prevent injuries. We got some great tips from fitness experts all over the nation, but one of our experts, Heidi Hopfer, went above and beyond. She’s a personal trainer and the owner of Lost & Found Fitness in Portland, Ore., and she made a workout plan specific to the needs of baristas. She focuses on the upper back, shoulders, core, and lower back in this workout.
