Make this: Coconut Cold Brew Truffle. Dairy free and decadent AF.

1/2 cup 55% good quality dark chocolate (preferably morsels or shavings) 1/4 cup Stumptown Coffee Coconut Cold Brew 1/2 tsp coconut extract (optional) Toasted coconut flakes Preparation Place chocolate in a medium bowl. Heat the Coconut Cold Brew in a saucepan over medium heat, and let that simmer until you see little bubbles form around the rim. Pour about half of it over the chocolate and let that sit until chocolate is softened, about 30 seconds. Stir the chocolate mixture and gradually add the rest of the Coconut Cold Brew. After it's all incorporated, add coconut extract to taste. Pour onto a baking sheet, cover and chill until ganache is firm enough to roll into balls, about 2 hours.
