For a cafe in a food-court, Zarcino performs incredibly. Great equipment + great blend + great barista = great coffee! I don't even care that it's in a food-court. When you can give me great coffee with a friendly smile, you've won my heart 10 times over - you don't get that very often anywhere! Their blend is great, it's strong with very defined chocolate notes that punches through the milk. The espresso was smooth and perfectly extracted; I really enjoyed seeing the barista dose, tamp and pull the shot with care and scrutinising the end product.
