Second up: Ethiopia Sidamo Fero Organic.

Coffea Arabica, local heirloom Situated between savannah and lake, the rich volcanic soil of the Sidamo region is ideal for growing garden coffee. Farmers plant small coffee plots in their family gardens, using traditional farming methods and this coffee is a joint effort between hundreds of small-scale producers. With its floral aromas and juicy mouthfeel with flavours of orange zest, rose hip and milk chocolate, the resulting coffee is complex and refreshing. Photography Courtesy of Menno Simons
