I’d like to take a moment to thank everyone at Passion House for sending this over to me along with a fresh bag of Guatemala El Limonar which is also used to make their cold brew currently. You can read my review of the Guatemala here. Thoughts There’s no date on the bottle as far as when it was brewed, but the bag of coffee I received was 3 days old from receiving it so I think the cold brew is pretty close to that. When you first open the bottle you are rushed with a bright acidity and chocolate. At first, it almost smells stale-like (tend to notice this a lot with cold brew), but digging deeper I can start to smell more lime coming out. The chocolate note starts to rush in and take over the aroma bringing more sweetness to your nose. The first sip brings out the same as the aroma.
