We are nearing the end of our supply of the Burundi Kayanza Mpanga. Order a bag at

In 2008, Jean Clement Birabereye, took his 15 years experience in the Burundi coffee industry and started SEGEC, which built and currently operates the Mpanga washing station. The Mpanga station receives and processes coffee from over 300 families farming small landholdings in the area surrounding the washing station. Jean Clement’s experience and dedication to sorting and processing had already started to earn him a reputation and last year Victrola directly imported his coffee. Since then, he has gone on to win the 2014 Burundi Cup of Excellence coompetition and has gained wide recognition for his efrforts. We are very pleased to be able to offer his coffee on our menu for the second year in a row.
