Great espresso, perfect crema, smooth and flavour full shots. Some tips: grind slightly finer than for your espresso machine. pull only once, don't let air come through the pressure valve (air compresses). Stop shot at max 30 seconds from starting to lift the handles. Make peace with some water spilling over. I usually make sure that the water container is filled almost to the top even though this ensures spilling, but air getting into the pressure chamber means you can't get good and consistent pressure.
