Above is a stunning new short film from Olympia Coffee Roasting and Voortex Productions , a beautiful look at the washing process, the farmers, and the farmland of Costa Rica, El Salvador and Guatemala. Best of all, it features a full list of the featured producers and fincas at the end of the video. “I think it’s excellent that people who are very passionate about coffee go to origin and look for coffees…it’s going to make the whole industry better.”
