Guacamole, salsa and garlicky cream can be also used as a sauce for tacos or dip for tortilla chips. For fajitas I don’t add garlic to guacamole but when I make guacamole as a dip for chips I like to add some garlic for richer flavour. If you have any leftover guacamole, fresh salsa and garlicky cream you can mix them together and use as a sauce for sandwiches or dip for crackers. Another great side dish for fajitas are refried beans.
