Please read it, and then (if you can) throw some data in to his form here . Whether you agree with Gold Standards or not doesn’t matter – as long as you have a refractometer and any interest in coffee then you should be getting involved in this. The more data this get the better and for a small investment of time you can contribute to something with great potential for useful returns.
