I definitely used to be a geek. From 2003: cup volumes (before weighing was in vogue) (thx Pascal on G+ for finding)

I picked up a new calibrated beaker set today, to replace the three I had previously, but broke. These numbers are the results of two tests, with the average number taken. Cups were either filled to the brim, overflowing, settled, then the contents poured into the measuring beaker or filled to "reasonable drinking level" (ie, not filled to the top, but "full" for serving) and measured in the beaker. I dried the beaker between each measurement. Measurements are in ml and US fluid oz.
