The one and only BaristaOnDutY has brought some new coffees into the mix and a new way of roasting. All of his Ethiopian coffees are offered through his new home roaster, as well as two new coffees, a Colombian, and Ugandan Bugisu. The major change with Johnny Milton aka BaristaOnDutY’s home roaster coffees is that the prices are a little cheaper than his pan roasted coffees. You can grab two 3oz bags of his home roaster coffees for only $10 plus shipping which isn’t a bad deal. So, I grabbed myself some Ugandan Bugisu to try out. I wasn’t sure taste wise what to expect with a Ugandan coffee, but I knew it would be great. BaristaOnDutY has never let me down. When I opened up one of the bags I noticed that the beans were dark and were kind of oily. The smell that the beans gave off was a darker roast aroma.
