The Specialty Coffee Association of America just released a volume of super nerdy and extra awesome coffee science stuff. We love it! Oh, science… The book includes an extensive glossary of coffee and coffee science terms, as well as some cool charts and beautiful illustrations. From the press release: The Coffee Biology Glossary Handbook is an essential tool to better understanding the language of biology as it pertains to the science behind great coffee.
