Raleigh’s Café de los Muertos Taking Inclusive Approach with First Retail Bar

Cady is taking a remarkably inclusive approach to the bar’s drink program, as he plans to offer a rotating list of local, regional and national roasters that reflect similar commitments to quality and supply relationships to Café de los Muertos’ own. When it opens, the bar will feature coffees fromRaleigh’s Oak City Roasters , Stockton Graham & Co. and Raleigh Coffee Company , while San Diego’s Bird Rock Coffee Roasters will be the first featured roaster from farther afield.
