Ever wanted to know more about espresso? Wanted to have a go on a professional machine? Just want to tweak your tamping technique? We want to help! We're offering 4 hours tuition and limitless knowledge provided by our very own barista extraordinaire, Has Bean Wholesale Director and UKBC warrior Dale Harris! Over the 4 hours Dale will offer you the following... Brief history of espresso Theory behind espresso coffee & techniques Extraction explanation Grind, dose, tamp, repeat Tour of the roastery More coffee than you can drink For February we will be running 2 courses on Saturdays...0900 - 1300 on 09/02/2013 and 1400 - 1800 on 23/02/2013. Places are strictly limited to 6 per course to ensure a productive learning environment for all attending.
