In San Antonio, the Rosella Coffee Brand Goes Big at the Rand
Of course coffee, too, is a big part of the program. Coffees are roasted on Diedrich IR-12s by Austin Roasting Company FounderJess Haynie before arriving to the new Rosella at the Rand, where Mythos Clima Pro grinders and a Modbar await them for espresso. Mahlkonig EK43s provide the grind for Curtis G4 ThermoPro batch brews and Curtis Seraphim pourovers. In addition to a traditional espresso drinks menu, Rosella offers several syrups made in-house, along with iced coffee and the Frozella, an espresso-based frozen coffee drink.
